1. About Us

Completely Licensed Limited is a UK-based training provider offering SIA licence-linked qualifications including Door Supervision, Security Guarding, and CCTV Public Space Surveillance.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. Course Bookings
Course bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

2.2. Payment Terms
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (if offered) is required at the time of booking. Your place on a course is only secured once payment is received.

2.3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed on our website.

2.4. Invoice Requests
Invoices are available upon request for corporate clients and may be subject to additional verification.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Learner Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for a refund minus a £30 admin fee.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

• No refund is given for non-attendance or failure to complete the course.

3.2. Course Transfers
Requests to transfer to a different course date must be made at least 7 days in advance and may incur an admin fee.

3.3. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at our discretion. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Learner Obligations

4.1. Eligibility
You must be eligible to work in the UK, be aged 18 or over, and meet all other SIA and awarding body requirements.

4.2. Identification
You must bring valid and original ID documents to the course as required by the SIA (e.g., passport, driving licence, proof of address).

4.3. Behaviour
Abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other learners may result in removal from the course without refund.

4.4. Assessment
It is your responsibility to attend all sessions and complete the necessary assessments. Certification is dependent on successful completion of all course components.

5. Certificates and Licensing

5.1. Issuance of Certificates
Certificates will be issued within the timeline provided by the awarding organisation Highfield. Delays may occur due to external factors outside our control.

5.2. SIA Licence Application
Obtaining an SIA licence is your responsibility. We are not liable for the outcome of your licence application.

All content on this website, including logos, course materials, videos, and documentation, is the property of Completely Licensed Limited or its licensors and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
