Completely Licensed Cancellation Policy: Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Course Start Date: If you cancel your course 14 days or more before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before the Course Start Date: If you cancel your course 7-13 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided. We strongly encourage you to notify us as early as possible in order to avoid any unnecessary fees. Non-Attendance Without Notice: If you fail to attend your scheduled course without notifying us beforehand, you will not be eligible for a refund. A new course fee will apply if you wish to reschedule. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling 14 Days or More Before the Course Start Date: If you need to reschedule your course 14 days or more in advance, we will accommodate your request at no additional cost, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 14 days before your scheduled course to avoid any rescheduling fees. Rescheduling 7-13 Days Before the Course Start Date: If you need to reschedule your course 7-13 days before the scheduled start date, we will charge a 10% rescheduling fee. The rescheduled course must be taken within 3 months of the original course date. Rescheduling Less Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: If you need to reschedule your course less than 7 days before the course start date, we will charge a 20% rescheduling fee. Changes to Course Dates: If Completely Licensed needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), you will be given the option to reschedule your course at no extra charge, or receive a full refund. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled course without prior notice, you will forfeit your course fee and may need to rebook at full price.
